More than nine-in-ten creative industry workers have seen or faced bullying or harassment on the basis of sex or gender at some point in their careers, according to a new UK study.

The report from entertainment industry union Bectu has found only 9% of workers who reported harassment felt the matter was dealt with properly. More worryingly, 92% believe their industry allows a dynamic where those in power can easily abuse their status.
