Dollar Tree is being sued for negligence after a customer was sexually harassed by another shopper in Houston, Texas, with her lawyers claiming that understaffing at the US discount store chain is to blame.

The plaintiff, identified as “MR”, was visiting the Dollar Tree in the River Oaks area with a friend when a man approached her from behind and began making sexually explicit comments.
