The Netherlands’ new cabinet is set to be presented on 2 July, representing a shift to the hard-right that could present complications for Dutch employers.

Geert Wilders’ far-right Party for Freedom (PVV) surprised many by attracting more than one-quarter of the popular vote in last November’s election, winning 37 of 150 parliamentary seats to become the nation’s biggest party.

After almost six months of deliberation, Wilders finally announced in May that he had reached a deal with three other parties to form a right-wing coalition.
