A Muslim lawyer filed a lawsuit against international law firm Foley & Lardner in Illinois on Wednesday, claiming she was discriminated against due to her support of Palestine.

Recent law graduate Jinan Chehade was fired from the 1,100-strong firm on 22 October 2023, just 15 hours before she was expected to start work as a new associate in its Chicago office.
