Morgan Lewis has strengthened its global labour and employment team with the arrival of Heather MacDougall, a former chair of the US Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) and head of workplace health and safety at Amazon.

MacDougall joins as a partner in Miami after almost four years at Amazon where, during the pandemic, she oversaw the safety of the e-commerce giant’s 1.5 million employees by leading a global team of more than 8,000 health and safety professionals.
