Nearly nine-in-ten (86%) European employers are having difficulty managing politics in the workplace, including divisive beliefs among employees, a new study has found.

The finding, from Littler’s European Employer Survey Report of 630 executives, in-house lawyers, and business leaders from across 13 countries, come in a year that has seen some of the most contentious elections in modern history.
