With the average full-time employee in the UK dedicates approximately 37 hours per week to their job, it is imperative for employers to recognise the profound impact that workplace cultures can have on mental health. 

A supportive and secure working culture can go far to enhance mental wellbeing, while a toxic culture, characterised by stress or incivility, can lead to detrimental effects. Prolonged exposure to such negative factors can exacerbate existing mental health issues.
