Despite being enshrined in constitutions across the region, and a plethora of laws in place to combat the issue, the advancement of equal pay in Latin America, as well as diversity more broadly, remains a struggle – and not just in terms of gender. 

This was the focus of the closing session at IEL’s Latin American Employment Summit, moderated by Garrigues’ Carolina Camacho.
