A new bill aims to make it easier for Kenya’s employers to screen out sexual abuse offenders from applying for certain roles.

The Sexual Offences Amendment Bill intends to stop sex offenders from being employed in institutions that host vulnerable people, like children and the elderly, by making Kenya’s sex offenders registry public.
