Hybrid working has prompted a renewed focus on company culture. According to the UK’s Office of National Statistics, 16% of people worked from home exclusively and 28% reported both working from home and travelling to work between September 2022 and January 2023. Before the pandemic, only around one-in-eight working adults reported working from home.
