The US Supreme Court has ruled in favour of Starbucks’ challenge to a judicial order to rehire a group of employees allegedly fired over unionisation efforts.

The case of the “Memphis Seven” began in January 2022, when workers at a Starbucks on Poplar Avenue in Memphis allowed a camera crew into the café after hours to discuss their unionisation efforts at the global coffee giant.
