A report released by LGBTQ+ business community myGwork this month found that 44.6% of LGBTQ+ professionals worldwide have reported a history of depression. This rises to 53.3% for trans and non-binary respondents, and 59% for bisexual workers.

These were the findings of myGwork’s 2024 Mental Health in the Workplace Survey, which found that, despite progress being made, the majority of LGBTQ+ workers still feel there is a stigma against them.
