The Northern Ireland arm of Danske Bank has launched new measures, including 70 hours of paid leave, to support employees with caring responsibilities.

The bank’s latest initiative – “Guiding Principles for Our Colleagues Who Care” – aims to support staff who provide unpaid care to children with disabilities and adult dependents, including partners, elderly parents, or someone with complex needs.
