Don’t be distracted by Japan’s ever-growing “hara” list

If an employee reacts negatively to their manager’s instructions, could that be considered a form of harassment? According to some in Japan, yes it can, as complaints by bosses rise. 

Hara hara, or “harassment harassment”, involves a worker lashing out in response to a manager’s demands or issuing of disciplinary action, or the making of false allegations of pawa hara or seku hara (power harassment and sexual harassment) against a supervisor.
