People are “commonly blind” to how much influence Generative AI has, particularly when used to support their work, according to a new academic study in the Netherlands. 

The study, published today from Erasmus University Rotterdam, found a discrepancy between what people consider an acceptable level of AI use in academic and professional tasks, and how much impact the fast-evolving technology has on their own work.
