Argentina’s business community is reportedly upbeat about the passage of an economic reform bill on Friday, which many believe will encourage job creation and growth for South America’s second largest economy.  

The approval of the “Foundations Law”, as it is being called, has not come easy for Argentina’s right-wing libertarian president, Javier Milei; the bill was the subject of a six-month battle in the Chamber of Deputies – the lower house of the National Congress – and the Senate.
