Many of the world’s population are not “engaged” with their work and are struggling with their mental health, according to a new global study. 

Gallup’s “State of the Global Workplace” report, which polled more than 128,000 workers worldwide in 2023, warns that high levels of disengagement across different regions can have dire consequences for global productivity.
