Are you familiar with the concept of “chronoworking”? Coined earlier this year by Stylist Deputy Editor Ellen Scott, chronoworking involves scheduling work in alignment with your body clock.

According to scientific surveys, there are four “chronotypes”. First, you have your “early bird”. That “morning person” co-worker who is up and at ’em at the crack of dawn, mostly productive around 8am, but who is inevitably flagging come midafternoon.
