Pay confidence in the UK is leaving employers facing a perfect storm of worker optimism amid a worsening skills crisis and ongoing war for talent, a global recruitment agency has warned.

Released on Monday, Robert Half’s latest Jobs Confidence Index (JCI), an economic confidence tracker produced in partnership with the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr), shows that workers are the most confident they have been in their employment in the post-covid era.
