Britain’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) have proposed tougher rules around workplace misconduct and governance in a new consultation paper.

Published on Monday, the proposal calls for a new set of rules and guidance around misconduct and what constitutes bullying or sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as stricter rules against regulated financial services firms that fail to punish abusers.
