On 14 May 2024, the House of Commons Treasury Committee published a report containing responses to its March 2024 “Sexism in the City” report from HM Treasury, the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (Special Report).

The Committee’s report and the FCA’s report offer an important indication of the direction of travel in the financial services industry, and employers in the sector should take time to consider the contents of both reports.
