Following Mental Health Awareness Week, a UK initiative led by the Mental Health Foundation, with an aim of increasing the public’s understanding of mental health and the factors that influence it, I wish to shed light on the important topic of workplace wellbeing, and the detrimental impact that bullying and harassment can have on employee mental health.
