As part of its 2030 agenda, Spain recently strengthened regulations relating to equality, non-discrimination, and diversity. Although this regulatory trend is broad in scope and does not only focus on employment and labour matters, recent regulations (such as Act 15/2022, Organic Act 10/2022, and Act 4/2023) have clear implications on employee rights and, consequently, on employer duties and obligations in Spain.
