Last week, Brazil’s Ministry of Labor and Employment released a new instruction regarding the Gender Pay Parity Law (Law No. 14,611/2023), which entered force in July last year.

Published 18 September, the instruction provides more information on how companies should report on their policies to promote women's careers, create plans to reduce salary gaps, and how the government will check if companies are following the rules.
