Inclusion begins with recruitment processes, but with less than 2% of UK jobs actively targeting Britain’s LGBTQ+ community, not enough businesses are proactively taking steps to engage with and recruit from this demographic, according to a new study.
The report from talent solutions provider WilsonHCG also shows that just 1.5% of online job posts studied mentioned the employer’s LGBTQ+ initiatives, just 0.2% higher than last year’s study.
