Under half of US firms have AI policies, report finds

As the adoption of AI grows among global businesses so too does the tightening of regulations around its use in workplaces. Yet fewer than half (44%) of US companies have policies in place that can mitigate these risks, a new survey has found.  

Littler’s 2024 AI C-Suite Survey Report interviewed 330 in-house lawyers, business executives, and human resources professions on what they see are the risks and advantages of AI, particularly when it comes to HR decision-making.
